Live performance of the week!

Ok i've just watched back to back episodes of "Lipstick Jungle". The new Brooke Shields Sex in the city rip off and i'm feeling a little melancholic. Plus it's raining outside and i can smell the fresh scent of pavement cat pee coming up my 4th storey window. It's inevitable i would come across an absolute gem whilst killing father time slowly on the youtube.

LIVE if you remember , was a 90s post grunge band that brought us songs like "Lightning crashes" and this beautiful song called "Dance with you". This one song saved me from ripping my eyebrows out hair by hair and giving them each names whilst i was serving the nation 8 years ago. I would play this over and over again and karma transport myself to some other place. Typically somewhere sunny with alcohol and bikinis would come to mind around the time the lyrics come to " Where the goddess finally sleeps , In the lap of her lover. "
( Just to clear gender/sexual orientation confusion. i AM the lover and some swimsuit model is the goddess)

Anouk is an artiste i only recently discovered and her music is like some possessed demon waiting to jump inside your soul and eat you alive. I will be coming to one of her song reviews soon i think.
